Bloomfield East Blanco Blvd Reconstruction Study

Study Overview

The East Blanco Phase 1A_B Study will identify, screen, and evaluate improvement alternatives for East Blanco Boulevard from US 550 east to Deer Trail in Bloomfield, New Mexico. The study will document existing roadway, traffic, infrastructure, and environmental conditions; evaluate roadway operations and safety; identify transportation needs and deficiencies; and conduct preliminary environmental screening to identify potential constraints and sensitive resources. The results will establish baseline conditions and provide the foundation for developing and evaluating feasible roadway reconstruction alternatives.
